In this case, the core identity of the amplifier remains intact: the design philosophy, intended customer, model position, and overall series architecture continue from the existing generation. However, the changes are substantial enough that the product should not be presented as a minor running update or silent revision.
Together, these updates make the Bryston 2.0 Cubed a more adaptable evolution of the Bryston amplifier platform: evolutionary not revolutionary.

QUAD COMPLIMENTARY
This sophisticated design increases linearity and minimizes higher-order harmonic distortion. By improving transistor matching and reducing output capacitance fourfold, Bryston achieves better transient response and bandwidth. The harmonic structure closely resembles that of Class-A amplifiers, but with much lower overall distortion.

Instead of fans, the Cubed 2.0 uses large aluminum heat sinks for effective, silent cooling, supporting reliable operation over the long term.
CONNECTIVITY AND FLEXIBILITY
The Bryston Cubed 2.0 amplifiers accommodate any preamplifier with selectable single-ended RCA or Balanced XLR inputs. Speakers connect using gold-plated binding posts compatible with bare wire, spades, or banana plugs.
Most amp models support remote operation via DC trigger ports, switchable gain, and bridgeable channels for added flexibility.

All Bryston products are manufactured at the company’s advanced facility in Dwight, Ontario, Canada using locally sourced components whenever possible.
